Fees & Disbursements
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to discuss your case.
My fees comprise professional charges plus disbursements. While my standard hourly rate is £300 plus VAT, I typically work to an agreed estimate. Disbursements are third-party costs incurred on your behalf, such as:
- Counsel and Translation FeesÂ
- Expert Fees
- Printing and Postage
Fee estimates are indicative and subject to full disclosure and the provision of relevant documentation. Charges reflect the time spent, the complexity and urgency of the matter, and administrative requirements.Â
Formal estimates are detailed in your Client Care letter. Capped or fixed-price estimates may be offered once the complete scope of the matter is understood. Should your case requirements change after work has commenced, I will provide a revised fee estimate accordingly.
